Interview
Got an email for a first round interview with an HR person, Quite a poor interviewer really who asked me the same question 3 times and I kept repeating myself which sounded ridiculous. Also she was so hung up on why I am moving around in my previous roles between countries, she doesn't seem to get that people who work in the travel space move around between different countries according to the opportunity and their passion. Freedom of movement is a right that people use to develop themselves on different levels, not just for holidays. No questions in depth, overall rushed, my advice to the HR team is to record their calls and listen to it afterwards cause that was one of the most bizarre calls I had and I have been in this industry for some time with exposure to big brands and starts up.

Interview
The interview was as expected for a standard phone interview. Summary of company and role and open for questions. There was transparency about the hybrid requirements and the salary and bonus structure.

Interview
The process from initial recruiter, role play with training staff, and final team meeting was seamless, interactive, and informative. I appreciate the time commitment from all individual contributors to find the right fit which shines highly on FareHarbor's commitment and environment.

Interview
The interview process consisted of three rounds: First round was with a recruiter, Second round was with the Account Manager Team, Third Round was a roleplay scenario with a client. Overall a straightforward process. Each round had a variety of questions and quick follow-up.
