I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FareHarbor (Denver, CO) in Sept 2018
Interview
Easy interview process! Everyone was super friendly and the culture felt honest and transparent. The office was very casual and the office was full of young people. This seems like a great place to work for young professionals.

I applied online. I interviewed at FareHarbor (Denver, CO) in Apr 2017
Interview
One month after applying I was emailed asking to complete a personality assessment, then to come in for an in person interview. When I arrived at FareHarbor there were multiple other candidates applying for the same position. The first phase was an awkward group interview/discussion. The next phase was individual: each applicant was interviewed for about 15 minutes by various directors. The interview ended with a group tour of the small but functional office. Everyone was professional and polite. It took about two weeks to hear back. I would not have accepted an offer due to the old school hierarchical culture and disorganization. However, they seem like a nice group of people trying to build a decent product. Could be a good place to get your foot in the door.
