My interviews at FareHarbor went really well! There were 5 interviews including the initial phone screen. I met with the hiring manager and senior leadership from the business and HR. Everyone I spoke with was thoughtful, engaging, and enthusiastic about the future at FareHarbor. The interview questions were average for a tech company and consisted mostly of behavioral-based interview questions. I felt respected as a candidate throughout the process. I received timely updates, feedback, and clear expectations about next steps at each stage.
