Interview
Pretty basic interview. Asked about employment history for barista skills. Was held at one of their coffee places. There were two people so that was a little intimidating, but they were nice and welcoming.

1st interview was a 30-minute phone call with the supervisor.
2nd interview was an on-site panel with 4 staff who regularly interface with the role.
Overall the hiring manager provided an excellent experience complete with great communication, transparency, and promptness. Taking into account some of the other reviews, it seems like interview process depends heavily on the supervisor for the role.
