1 written test quite random may not be there depending on time.Along with technical discussion

Things that will happen
-Hr told the technology they were looking for but no questions were asked in technical discussion
-2 programs given which were quite simple one of them is based on recursion taken by unprofessional guy there with fixed mind ,did not noted the effort someone put or new ideas .Also while program were given techinal discussion happens.
-they took interview in unorganised way and people who took interview must be incompany for long time and talking like they were not interested in seletecing anyone, just a waste of time and energy.

It was very smooth process,
HR was very supportive… they guided for every round.. and the feedback was shared on time .. overall positive experience .. i had total 4 rounds in which 2 were technical round 1 was managerial round and 1 HR round…

Worst hiring process.
3 technical rounds and 1 hr.
They will schedule the all 3 rounds without any feedback after each round you will get the call and they will say congratulations you have clear this round and schedule the next round and at end they will tell you are not qualified in 1st round. Sorry

Interview
I had first technical interview and after clearing that HR scheduled another technical interview for next day. I cleared that as well and after HR scheduled another technical interview for next day. Third technical interview was taken by Technology Lead Manager based out in US. Third round was about projects and approach I use in my project. After that interview I called HR next day for feedback but he didn't picked up the call. I also sent out an email and he didn't replied on that as well.
For interviews he used to call me multiple times to remind me that I have interview scheduled before each interview but now he is not bothered about my call/email
Is this how professionalism works in Fareportal? I have a right to know the update on my candidature after giving 3 days for the interviews.
