Interview
The first round of interviews was a “video ask” where Dustin gave us prompts and we recorded our answers and sent them in. All very easy questions. He never let me know if I got the job or not and a few weeks later I sent a follow-up and he very briefly said he’s moving on with other candidates.
Adam, Thank you for taking the time to do the review of the interview process. We simply did not find that you had any professional experience outside of internships. The position had pretty clear requirements.

Applied online and was contacted to set up a time for a virtual interview. Interview was pretty standard and I was told that I would hear back the next week. Did not hear back by the time frame given and sent a follow up email. Heard back a few days after my email saying that someone had already been hired for the position.

Interview
They asked me typical questions. I told about my background. Pretty normal. They did tend to talk crap about past employees which I found unprofessional and you probably shouldn't do. They never got back to me even though I was very qualified, it would have been nice to know either way. It seemed like a very small company which makes the lax atmosphere/unprofessionalism make sense.
You actually aren't from New York and if you are, then you have never been interviewed at Farfetched. You weren't called back because you kept interrupting both of the people interviewing you and didn't follow up on the job interview. We also called one of your references and the response was not good. Thank you for applying and good luck on your career.
