Takes a very long time, they are very methodical when they hire to get the best long-term candidate. I applied in April and heard back in mid October. Once, called the interview process itself was very short and I gave them in anwser within a couple of weeks. First phone interview, then insurance interview, then branch manager interview. It is recommended to reach out to one of the current insurance staff to get their perspective before accepting and I recommend it.
