_Process was straight forward and directed at culture and experience fit. It could have been streamlined to get to a decision quicker. Streamlining in HR is always a challenge. Advice to the company is to think through quicker ways so you don't waste time on either end.

Interview
It was an easy process, conversation style interview. The interview felt very comfortable, assessing needs for both applicant and hiring manager. Questions were pertinent to the role no surprises. Everyone was very cordial and overall was impressed with the caliber of the interviewers.
