Need to take a test first. It is a case study that will require you to present a solution 1 hour. After the test you present the solution in person to a panel. If your solution is acceptable, you'll start getting into interview questions. It could take another 2 hours or more.

Interview
Phone interview, followed by in person interview including a business review and resolution. Phone interview was focused on past experience and industry experience. In person interview was an hour. Quick turnaround and response on both phone and in person interview.

Provided with a business case and had 15 minutes to prepare to present plan and roadmap. Panel group presentation with various level within the organization coming in and out during the hour long in person interview. Business case was not representative of the type of work and job description I was interviewing for, was targeting soft skills evaluation.
