I was able to complete two interviews with the lead agent and the office manager. The first was in person and the second was over Teams. I was also asked to complete an assessment to make sure my skills aligned with the role. After being accepted, you will need to get licensed as a Farmers agent (if you are not already licensed).

Was professional enough, just not at all a healthy working environment. 2 different office locations I've worked, both very unprofessional and inadequate in so many ways to customers as well as staff members! Not recommended for a career unless you plan on becoming a franchisee!
