I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2024
Interview
I submitted my application and then had two phone interviews. The first was with a recruiter, and the second was with the hiring manager. They asked behavioral interview questions, asking me to give examples of how I handled certain situations. For example, they asked me how I would handle a situation where I had to deal with a difficult customer.
