Not bad. smooth process. easy questions. two rounds. regular questions. teaching demo. No presentations though. Don't remember details. Students are average. Some of them don't study at all. Overall experience was OK.

Interview
There was a Search Committee of 5 people, which is standard with a State University position. They each asked two or three common questions, it took about 45 minutes. I received a phone call a few days later for a follow up interview with CFO. The entire process took about three weeks.
