Interview
Toured the urgent care, then interviewed with one of the physicians, followed by shadowing one of the APPs for a few hours where I was able to ask them and staff a few questions and to get a feel for the place

Two part interview. One general interview and one clinical interview at one of the sites. Clinical interview allowed you to see the workflow, you get to see a few patients and present as well as write notes.
