You get a screening phone call where you get asked about basic stuff to determine if you can do the job and then you schedule an in-office interview where they ask you more about your experience.

The process was two interviews on the phone and one in person. They make sure to ask about your job history and experiences. Everyone was incredibly friendly and informative. The supervisors and recruiters were very helpful and clear on letting me know what I needed for the interview process as well.
