Two part interview, both semi-formal. Basic interview questions were asked, but they are more interested in finding the right type of person to handle the job. Drug test and motor vehicle history required.

It was quick, probably a week after applying online, but a comfortable experience; the interview itself was about 45 minutes. They asked all of the typical interview questions; it felt informal, more like they were seeing if I was a good fit for the store and position. They provided plenty of time to think about the questions they asked. It was in the store that I had applied to with the store manager and the district manager. I heard back probably a week or two later, I was offered the position, and I accepted.
