Initial interview on basic resume info and a discussion of company values. This was followed by an interview with the Program Manager for the area of the company I was applying to support. After this interview I received a practical assessment to conduct "project management" for a theoretical product to include working through a gantt chart, and a budget.

Given the practical assessment details of the theoretical product development I was asked to prep a schedule using an online (free) gantt charting tool, and to create a spreadsheet budget.

Interview
Initial call with internal HR followed by call with PM/other operations. Final call with CEO, however that process has changed. All in very quick and easy team to work with.

The process had three parts like most typical UX positions. A recruiter call, one with the design team (which was one person at the time) and then the CEO, where I did a design presentation of some work.
