1st round is written test, Then a skype round where all basic questions and in this round you have give your 100%. Once done HR will talk to you regarding the process.

Interview
I had Four rounds of interview which included -written technical, -communication - Technical interview, they asked mostly job related technical questions. HR round and Background screening.
The written and technical discussion where 50% similar but discussion round was tougher.
