The interview was conducted in a group setting to evaluate how well we adapt to working as a team. There were three interviews in total, each focusing on different aspects such as communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. The group format allowed interviewers to observe our interactions, how we shared ideas, and supported each other during tasks or discussions. This structure helped them assess not only individual competencies but also how we function collectively under pressure or when given shared responsibilities. Overall, it tested our ability to cooperate, take initiative, and contribute meaningfully within a team environment.
