Fayetteville Technical Community College interview questions

The interview process was okay. They use the STAR method. S for situation, T for task, A for action and R for result. Normally it is a panel interview with 3-4 staff member usually in from the department you will be working in and one from a different department so there is not bias decision.

The interview was with a panel of four people and very well structured. The full interview lasted 1 hour and included a teaching demonstration that had to be prepared ahead of time.
