I applied online and then was asked for an interview. It lasted for 5 minutes. Then I was asked to come for the final interview. My interview time was 9:30 and I was interviewed at 5 pm. The interviewer were on call from Karachi and they had already shortlisted the candidates and my interview lasted for 2 minutes and was said sorry for inconvenience

Usually there is a panel interview. They only ask basic questions related to financial management like financial ratios and also about SMEs like What are the SBP's criteria to qualify as a SME?
