Phone screen manager interview, then follow up by recruiter to make an offer. It take a while to onboard. Then you will complete the required paperwork. It’s been so long ago, so they may have changed now.

Interview
Pre-screening. Then I was called To come In Person and speak to he hiring manager. The interviewer asked basic interview questions. After that, I was told that I would be notified if they wanted to proceed with the hiring process.
The interview involved going in speaking to someone from HR, then a couple of people who ran the sewing department, then going out to sewing area and doing a short sewing test.
