I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at FedEx (Fort Worth, TX) in May 2016
Interview
The basic interview stuff. (No need for suit and tie). Interview occurred after background and drug screen. Second interview after those things clear. If you get a second interview, you are being offered a job. You will have to schedule a tour of the facility, and watch a bunch of videos about safety and ones that show you how to do your job. They are boring, but pay attention. You will be tested on it, and that is your basic training.

It's a whole class. Very formal, direct and to the point. It not a one one process. Just alot of paperwork and short clips about it's history. They rundown the does and does of the job. Give you a quick tour. Very easy..
