I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Salt Lake City, UT) in Mar 2017
Interview
To apply must be done online through the careers gateway. Once you have applied, you will receive a confirmation email, and if you have been chosen as a possible candidate, will be given a phone call to set up an interview. It is you and 2 other people. Generally the HR specialist and and one of the head station managers. They sit you down and explain the responsibilities and benefits of the job then ask you a series of questions.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you made a mistake and what did you do
They use the "STAR" method of interviewing where you respond to behavioral interview questions. You respond by “showing” the hiring manager how you’d handle a situation using examples with a clear beginning, middle, and end for the scenario you present. The acronym STAR stands for –– situation, task, action, result.
