The process took much longer than anticipated, I was called for a telephone interview with HR and was told the local office would schedule the 2nd interview. The second interview took much longer than it should have due to the interview wait time, all interviews were scheduled back to back on the same day, so we were sitting and waiting for our turn much like the drive through at the local McDonalds

Overall good interviewing experience that consisted of 3 steps - phone talk, a fysical meeting and a third interview - day in the office where I got to experience how the day in CS looks like and listen to some of the calls, while representative was helping a real customer

Interview
They phone interview first. They then call back to offer in person interview. Once you finish in person interview then you wait for an email for job offer. The next step is background check and drug screen. This is almost like reapplying.
