I applied online. I interviewed at FedEx (Irving, TX) in May 2020
Interview
They contacted me through email asking me to contact them by phone where the dude held a short phone interview that lasted maybe 10 minutes. The phone interview was very easy, I think they just wanted to get anyone who would agree to start.

Question 1
How would you solve a conflict at work with another person?
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
