I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FedEx (Lawrenceville, GA) in Feb 2014
Interview
It was very short and easy. The manager asked average interview questions and made it very simple. The process took maybe one week I had to interview with the general manager and district manager before I was hired. Neither were nerve wrecking.

Basic interview questions..
The interview was very overwhelming just read from a packet, both store manager and district manager were there which added on pressure overall. The questions seemed very repetitive and they never really looked at me just talked amongst themselves when I finished answering questions.

Interview
Was contacted by a FedEx recruiter in Dallas, Texas to do a phone/facetime interview. The next day she called me to set up an In person interview with the hiring manager. Two days after that, The recruiter contacted me to do an over the phone interview with the district manager. That interview is actually on tomorrow. Super excited to be leaving Louisiana and starting a new chapter in Dallas, Texas.
