Pretty easy tbh. I was asked situational questions and how you would or have handled it. I was interviewed by the supervisor and station manager. Dress to impress and be confident.

They invite you and give you the job in one sitting. You'll get a tour of the station as well. Extremely easy to get this job, especially with a clean driving record.

Interview
they call you in if you had previous driving experience and a clean driving record, then you take a three day driving course and if you pass it they hire. they pay for training minimum wage.
