I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Hutchins, TX) in Jul 2012
Interview
The interview process was good the HR employees were nice and treated people with respect. First they'll walk you around the facility so you could see what the job was like, once you did that, they ask if you were sure you wanted to apply for the job if not you were free to go if yes, then you'd just apply.
