I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at FedEx (Fort Worth, TX) in Oct 2015
Interview
very basic. Application and interview same day. Mass hiring due to opening a new facility. Filled out application prior to interview. Waited approximately 30 minutes for an interview which lasted about 10 minutes. My interviewer told me he was reccomending me for the job with the understanding i passed a soft background check. offered a job formally 2 days laterto start orientation

Question 1
have you received recognition at your previous jobs
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
