I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at FedEx (Hattiesburg, MS) in Dec 2015
Interview
Submitted application. Had open call for those interested. Met with supervisor who met with all potential employee candidates in a group and explained the job and what was expected and/or required to be employed and to do the work. Once the supervisor had a position he wanted to see if I was interested in, he called and I advised I was interested. Went in the next day for orientation, which included various videos regarding the job, safety procedures, etc. and then we completed paperwork. Took about 3 hours total.

Question 1
Did I think I could handle the position he was going to put me in.
Very easy and efficient as everything is handled over the phone and all you have to do is make yourself available to training as I worked the early morning shift so was training so it was pretty straightforward as to what you were going to do once you get hired
