Behavioral Interview - usually a panel interview with multiple people. You also are given an article or other material to present prior to the interview. You will have 20 minutes to prepare for the presentation.

Name a time when...... you failed, succeeded, stress tolerance, planning, organizing, scheduling, attention to detail.... These are what the questions will be based on.
Star system used and have situations to talk about. It was pretty average overall. INSIDER knowledge is helpful as they like to promote from within. It was fine yep fine
