Three stage of interview starting with detailed technical discussion at various level of technical management team, and second level with Management skill evaluation like decision making capability etc and final stage with HR dept

It took one day process to complete the interview. But appointment letter given after 25 days.
1st round was taken by HR as general introduction and then the Business head. After a week I gave a call to HR to know the status. They told me it is under review and they will communicate soon.
