The first step after application was a logic test similar to Wonderlic. After, I was invited to a 45 minute phone interview, and did not advance in the interview process after that.

Very long and and drawn out process (10-15 hours invested). Upon rejection, considering the time folks take to go through the process, management should consider picking up the phone and calling candidates to let them know of denial.
