Interview
The interview process at Femasys was quick, very efficient and well-organized. It began with a phone interview with the recruiter, followed by a video interview with the Hiring Manager, and concluded with an in-person onsite interview with the leadership team. The entire leadership team is vastly experienced and they took a genuine interest in learning about my experience and skill set and how it aligns with their requirements and culture fit. The interview questions were a mix of technical and behavioral questions, providing a thorough assessment. Overall, it was a very positive and streamlined experience.
