Invited for an interview at their office, Very friendly interviewers and explained a lot about the company and what the role will entail. It was done in the meeting room.

Slow process. Gap between first and second interview was too long which is detrimental to a company . I could not figure out why it took them so long to come up with a decision.
I started to think that it was giving a bad image of the company.
Of course I understand what was going on when seeing how the recruitment process with other candidates went.
