Very friendly recruiters/hiring managers that truly make you want to work for Ferguson. Although I was not offered a job, I would encourage young people preparing to graduate from college to apply.

Do you have any long term goals involving working at Ferguson?
The interview was very simple and I was able to answer all of the questions asked in a timely manner. The recruiter was also very respectful and made sure to keep the phone call brief and straight to the point.

30 minutes, basic getting to know each other. Was a telephone interview due to weather related traffic issues.
