Ghosted - Met with manager for an onsite interview. I was notified the company was attempting to fill the role relatively soon and it has now been several weeks with no follow-up correspondence or rejection acknowledgement. Would strongly recommend utilizing your time to apply elsewhere as this lack of communication was highly unprofessional.

Great interview, done online with the manager of the department, however really relies on culture/personality fit which may deter candidates. It is possible that if you seem cold during the interview you may be rejected, regardless if you are capable of the job.
