On-demand interview has basic questions including desired salary. Then a Team's interview asking more resume and position based questions. Then a in-person interview with the director. Whole process took 7 weeks. They verbally offered me the position but failed to pay attention to the wage range I listed in the 1st phase. The offer was low and they refused to budge even though I was well within the posted budget. I was then told I needed to reapply so they could send me the offer in writing. Then they were "professional" enough to just ghost me after I asked where the job posting is because I couldn't find it on the company website. Complete waste of time and too many red flags in final stages of interview. It makes sense why this position has been posted 5 times in 12 months. Don't waste your time. You will not get what you deserve at Ferguson. Thankfully, I dodged this bullet and didn't agree to anything they were trying to pedal. Also, during the in-person interview, I noticed how sad, quiet, and unenthusiastic the staff was.
