The day before my 1st interview, HR asked to reschedule. I sent a list of dates and never hear from HR again despite following up several days later. Would have appreciated some sort of communication - ghosting candidates after setting up and canceling an interview is not very professional behavior.

In person interview in VP. Casual interview about my previous Marketing work and whether I had syndicated data experience. Very laid back office environment in a smaller Marketing department at the time.
