Colloquio di più step. Test online, colloquio con psicologi del lavoro, colloquio con i responsabili del reparto unitamente agli impiegati delle risorse umane. Parte del colloquio anche in inglese per verificare le competenze
Il colloquio è stato di breve durata, piacevole e rassicurante. Il H R ti mette a tuo agio e non fanno le classiche domande di psicologia inversa e che possano mettere in difficoltà il candidato
