Went through a 3rd party recruiter. He was great with helping prep for interview. My interview was short. They asked me about experience with plc and if I work overtime, etc. The problem I have is that is where it ended. I left that interview and never heard from ferrero again, for some reason unknown to me neither did my recruiter. Not sure what happened but I must say this "ghosting" practice of today's culture is one of the most disrespectful I have encountered, especially within the job hiring process.
