I applied in-person. I interviewed at Ferring Pharmaceuticals (Melbourne) in Jun 2026
Interview
Chaotic interview, unprofessional and erratic. Having a P.A reaching out via WhatsApp without an introduction and then forgetting to include me in the team’s meeting is reprehensible. To then have HR bail on the interview and then having the hiring manager just going through the motions a second time is ridiculous. Previously l was phoned over 5 times in a day because the hiring manager kept getting interrupted. I had no intention of moving forward with this basket case of a company. It doesn’t get much worse than this.
