Interview
Interviewed with owner who could not have been less engaged. Asked almost no questions and then never followed up or sent any communication on the status and didn’t reply when asked for an update. Unprofessional and waste of time. It was very clear why the role had such turnover reporting to him
Video interview and then in-person. Seemed like they were in a rush. I found some of the interviewers to be condescending. There is a reason for their low score on Glassdoor.
First round interview was with HR Manager (via phone), very laid back conversation about my past and present roles.
Second Round was with Director, Senior Sourcing and CEO. Great conversation, got to know a lot in regards to the position, and they got to know me as a candidate.
Followed up twice with HR about my candidacy and no response. This in essence is a red flag, if a potential employer does not have the courtesy to respond to emails about your candidacy than it shows how much they actually care about their own employees.
