I applied online. I interviewed at Fetch in Jan 2019
Interview
For the first phone screen with the recruiter, she cancelled on me multiple times without telling me, which seemed really unprofessional. Eventually I got on the phone with a different recruiter, and I was still unclear whether they were looking for a "true" marketing analyst, or someone with a more technical background (R, python, SQL, etc). It came up what the salary band was for the position, roughly 50k/ year, which seems absurdly low for the type of qualified candidate they're looking for. He made it clear there wasn't room for negotiation, and I decided not to pursue them further. At least they were upfront?
I applied online. I interviewed at Fetch (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
I applied in Aug 2017. The whole process took around 3 weeks and includes 3 rounds of interviews (phone screening with the recruiter, technical call with team manager and onsite to meet the different teams). Everyone is very invested to get to know the candidate and gauge my interest & skill set.
