Interview
2.5 months process, many interviews, process too long.
First interview with HR, after that, an online test exam, then 4 more interviews with 2+ people per interview. I met almost 10-12 people. I got until the end. After all this time, interviews and efforts finding slots during my working time, no one answer for 2 weeks, and then they contacted me with standard rejection without any feedback. I expected,at least, some feedback.
I got some insider info about the culture being pretty bad for the personal-work life balance, so I didn't mind much about not getting an offer after all.

Question 1
Tell me about a successful/conflict/fail situation in the previous experience as a PM?
Interview was quite straight forward with the standard questions around experience and how you would go about managing a project from start to finish. Had a great conversation with the interviewer too.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Fever in Jul 2024
Interview
30 minute screening interview
60 minute online testing logic, analytics, and writing
30 minute interview with another project manager (honestly felt like a second screener)
45 minute business case presentation to future manager/panel
The entire process took way too long, and the way it ended put a bad taste in my mouth. Rejection is fine, but I don't appreciate being given the run around for weeks of them being "very interested" for a different PM role, and a standard rejection letter at the end.
Here's a timeline
Applied May 2nd,
Screener June 12th
1hr test June 13th
Hiring manager interview June 17th
Case Study - July 2nd
email received that they were very interested in me for other PM roles on July 8th. I asked 1/week for updates on what those roles were and next steps but no information given (promised updates "Next week"), and a standard rejection letter July 24th.
