I applied online. I interviewed at Fibernetics (Waterloo, ON)
Interview
Straight forward. 1st. phone screening for 10 minutes with Breanna, 2. in-person interview straightforward and simple questions such as, where do you see yourself in five years? What is important for you in a company? Why did you select this role?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fibernetics (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Not a great experience. Phone screen was 7-8 questions with no actual conversation between HR and myself. She called and immediately launched into her questions. Very off putting at a human level. Invited to interview onsite. Both leaders I met with seemed very distracted and didn't have time to listen to any of my responses without abruptly cutting me off. Interview wasn't worth the round trip in time or gas. I think I spent less than 15 mins with them. Lots of radio silence dispite several follow ups. Not a company I'd recommend based on my interview experience.
Thank you for your feedback. Sometimes recruitment decisions may be delayed due to competing business priorities. We have noted to keep candidates updated if a process is delayed.
I did a phone interview first, and then was called for an in person interview. I left the interview with a good feeling, however did not get an offer. They asked if it would be okay to keep my resume on file for other opportunities (pretty common). To my surprise, they actually did consider me for another opportunity and I received an offer. I am excited to start working for this company.

Question 1
Very laid back. Was more of a conversation than an interview.
