Fidelity Home Energy interview questions

It was very simple and easy. The entire time they just ask you a couple of simple questions about your previous work experience. Then, they spent a lot of time trying to impressing you and showing you how much others people are making. Essentially, they will hire anything. We have guys from 20 years old to 60 years old. Some are clearly not mentally stable but they are still hired.
