Easy interview process, long hiring process. I had to wait several weeks for the offer as the CEO, Bob Udell, has to approve every single job offer which is ridiculous. The offer was better than at my previous company. Glad I took it.

I applied in-person. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Fidium Fiber (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2013
Interview
over a 4 month period I was interviewed no less than 6 times. First was with the regional director, then he and some peers from other departments, then he had me talk with a subordinate form another market, then he and and the Senior VP of sales, then he and another potential employee.
