I showed up at my appointment time, was directed to a room and greeted by the directors. Handed an application which took me maybe ten minutes to complete. Was then interviewed one on one by a director. That was the whole process. I was in and out in half in hour if that.

Zoom interview. I had to wait approximately 45 minutes due to the number of people waiting to interview at that time. It seemed like they could have been more considerate of my time.
Received phone call to fully get to know the applicant. Next step was face to face interview. Discussing similar experiences, specifically working with petitions. Immediate training on the same day.

Self-scheduled a Zoom (virtual) interview from a selection of time slots and had a 1-on-1 conversation with a remote hiring representative. The interview itself was brief and we mainly discussed points on my application/ past experience and I answered a few questions about why I thought I would fit the job well.
