I have 3 interviews, including Talent Acquisition and the hiring manager. The process at Smartly seemed well-organized, and I prepared for a "high-level" discussion of paid social concepts, as I was told. However, the interview with the hiring manager was unexpectedly technical and felt impersonal, with the person reading questions rather than engaging conversationally. Despite sending a thank you note, I received no follow-up or feedback, which was disappointing given the company's positive self-promotion and commitment and a well-documented hiring process.
